We must awaken Yemayá when we have to: take care of someone or something, give birth, raise and make prosper someone or something, protect someone or something from the risk of death, when we want to make life prosper, and when a child is born

After preparing the altar, add one or more of these objects:
A MARINE OBJECT
SEA WATER
MILK
BREAD
PREPARATION OF THE REQUEST
Yemayá is an archetype in every culture and in every time. Its strength is so profound that it could survive even in those historical moments when patriarchy and chauvinism had the upper hand. Yemayá is immortal in the mind of man. She was with us at the beginning of life and will remain with us until death. She is one of the strongest Orishas.
Place the icon of Yemayá in the center of your altar. Start talking ALOUD explaining why you need the help of this force, this genius or archetype called Yemayá. At the end of your speech, place the consecrated coins in your offering container and close the ritual.
CLOSING OF THE RITUAL
To close the ritual with Yemayá, all you need to do is drink a little milk or wet your forehead and womb with salt water. If you can dive into the sea, do it, you will give yourself a perfect closure.
MANTRA OF "THANK YOU"
After completing the ritual you can (I recommend it) recite a mantra for 21 minutes whose only word to pronounce is: THANK YOU.
